The Channel Sales Program Manager will join a dynamic and diverse global team. Your Role
Design, develop, and implement channel sales programs collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for these channel sales programs and regularly analyze program performance against these metrics.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of channel sales program initiatives.
Maintain open and regular communication channels with (in- and external) stakeholders to address concerns, share updates, and ensure a cohesive partnership.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
What You Will Bring
Track record of developing, executing, and managing Channel Partner Programs and Incentives (3-7 years experience); experience with subscription vendor(s) is a plus.
Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and the ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong Excel and Salesforce reporting skills, Power Query is beneficial.
Attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 104,000 and USD $ 156,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
