As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol in Dunn, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .
As a Patrol Officer in a retail environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff. You will conduct routine patrols and engage with individuals to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license in the job state and is suitable for individuals aged 21 and over. Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card required.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
