Enjoy a unique rotating schedule with 12-14 days off per month thru our 12-hour shifts! Stability. Our business is growing and we prioritize promotion from within! Convenience! We are located right off Ann Arbor Road in the heart of Dundee! Premium pay & benefits, including 18 days of paid time off a year! You Will Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences Requirements Able to work days 7 am 7:30 pm or nights 7 pm 7:30 am & a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc. High school diploma, GED or equivalent Valid driver license Minimum of six months of mechanical maintenance experience. This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work & education Ability to use tools, such as lathes, drill press, grinders & other metalworking tools PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience preferred Proficient operating a computer to enter & retrieve data Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve Physical requirement includes ability to lift & move up to 75 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
