TTEC Senior Team Lead, Service Delivery in Dumaguete, Philippines

We're hiring and seeking for a Senior Team Lead to help us manage a team of healthcare support representatives and team leads and deliver exceptional experiences with TeleTech.

What you'll bring to us:

• Coordinates, supervises, and accounts for the daily activities of the business support, technical/production team or unit

• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the team to ensure quality, productivity, and regulatory goals and requirements are achieved.

• Participates in quality improvement and process enhancement projects.

• Setting a positive work environment and achieves teamwork and innovation among employees.

What you'll be needing:

  • 1 year experience working as lead or supervisor or equivalent experience including managing operations of a work unit

  • Adept with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office with basic computer skills, and web-based navigation

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
