Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
CARDIOLOGIST- NON-INVASIVE
Duluth, MN
Essentia Health Heart & Vascular Center is the largest diagnostic, therapeutic, interventional and cardiothoracic surgery program in the region and the second largest program in Minnesota.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Join 15 Cardiologists including 6 Non-invasive Cardiology Specialists, 6 CV Interventionalists, 3 Electrophysiologist and 2 General Cardiologists
1:6 weekend call; 25 weeknight call per year
ICAEL Accredited Echocardiography Lab; 11 Dedicated Registered Echo Technologists
Comprehensive full-service, non-invasive Cardiovascular Lab including Cardiac MRI and CTA
Innovative programs including Heart Failure Program, Atrial Fib, and Cardiac Rehab
16 dedicated, full-time cardiac NPs and PAs
St. Mary’s Medical Center, a 330-bed tertiary care
Level I Trauma Center and 3rd highest hospital for acuity in the state of Minnesota
9 staff dedicated to cardiac research and over 25 studies currently underway
Certified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities
REQUIREMENTS
BC/BE Cardiology
CT and MRI a plus but not required
LOCATION
150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
