Job Overview Job Title: Electronic Technician Location: Duluth, GA Job Responsibilities The Electronic Technician position shall be responsible for: Plans and performs installation, cabling, fabrication, testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) systems for the military. Ability to use specialized test equipment and software to isolate malfunctions. Capability to distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems. Ability to execute hardware and software upgrades and technology enhancements. Read and interpret drawings and schematics. Minimum Qualifications An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret Clearance Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. Shall have a minimum three (3) years’ experience with repairs or refurbishment of SATCOM or SATCOM related equipment. Education High School diploma or equivalent.
