Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for a project with MWA/TSA, focused on building a new inspection service and concourse at Dulles and Washington Airport. The project scope includes constructing baggage and x-ray machines, with a budget ranging from $150 to $650 million.
Responsibilities:
Utilize experience in construction, aviation, engineering, or design to integrate seamlessly into client organizations.
Adapt to changing dynamics and balance new client initiatives effectively.
Understand the organizational requirements for delivering construction projects in an airport environment.
Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to develop front-end budgets, schedules, risk logs, and other reports.
Serve as the primary daily point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants as the owner representative.
Facilitate the front-end definition of the scope of work for projects in coordination with client stakeholders.
Create and execute project execution plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Utilize various technology tools to create reports, dashboards, and analyze data for process improvements.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effect change and drive improvements client-side, including the ability to present and pitch ideas.
Implement project review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with AtkinsRéalis methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of engagements, as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction.
Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.

Highly articulate with a clear and analytical approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design & Construction, Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Building Cost Modeling, and Risk Analysis.
General understanding of Primavera, Expedition/Prolog, or similar tools.
Proficient in utilizing Information Technology, including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
