We are seeking a highly motivated working student to join our team as a Web Design and Digital Experience Assistant. In this role, you will assist in the development of digital content and resources, support UX and UI optimization of our current webpages, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels If you are a motivated individual with a passion for web design, digital experience, and marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in the development and design of digital content and resources, including web and landing pages, to enhance user experience and engagement.

  • Support the optimization of UX and UI elements of our current webpages to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

  • Conduct research and provide insights into industry best practices and emerging trends in web design and digital experience.

  • Assist in the implementation and testing of A/B experiments to optimize webpage performance and user engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and design trends to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.

    The essential requirements of the job include (education and/or experience in years):

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in the digital customer journey and passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI optimization methods and best practices.

  • Experience operating web page backend programs like Sitecore or similar content management systems.

  • Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML is beneficial.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.

    The essential requirements of the job - knowledge and skills:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and across an organization to drive results. Must be sensitive to multicultural environments.

  • Enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and motivational skills; scalable to future assignments.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. A second language proficiency is benefic.
