Salary for this position is based on level of experience. In this role you will: Process technician parts, tools, and supply requests Return unused and warranty parts Receive parts into eAutomate system Check status of parts orders and receive them upon arrival Pull tech parts for restock daily to be delivered by UPS/FedEx Monitor and cancel back ordered parts Complete necessary computer transactions to ensure accurate inventory records Handle incoming calls, e-mails and customer walk-in window duties Track, account for, and distribute all parts, supplies and inventory items Track APS parts orders You should have: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently Excellent customer service Excellent data entry skills Valid Driver's License Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to lift 50 pounds The Gordon Flesch Company offers Medical, Dental, Personal Time, Vacation Time, Holiday Time, Tuition Reimbursement, 401(k) and 401(k) match, a Wellness Program and many more!
