About the role The Client Implementation Project Manager I has complete project accountability by owning the entire project lifecycle of new client implementations and changes from the project kick-off through the implementation effective date and hand-off to operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for an efficient implementation, demonstrating product knowledge, achieving the highest level of quality, and end-user satisfaction driving results in key business processes. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration and ownership across internal and external teams regarding the requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and successful deployment phases of various new and existing products. Success in this position requires self-motivation, strong Quantum Health product knowledge, cross-functional capabilities, team building and leadership skills. What you'll do Lead the overall implementation with the client, consultant, external vendor partners, and all internal teams. Responsible for the delivery of small projects, client changes, and small client implementations Responsible for maintaining and updating the implementation project plan, RAID log, status reports and other implementation project artifacts. Define the requirements and scope of the client implementation. Responsible for leading internal and external cross-functional meetings. Work closely with all internal teams to ensure all systems are setup, configured, and tested prior to handing-off to the client. Evaluate, address and/or escalate client implementation issues to ensure timely resolution. Serve as the SME during the implementation. Present at the Executive Leadership meeting as needed. Support Enterprise projects as needed, including but not limited to owning small projects and providing project support on larger projects. All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree required 1 - 3 years of experience in project management preferred Experience managing multiple small projects at one time Account Management and/or Healthcare/Insurance Implementation experience desired Strong project management skills: organized, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects Ability to identify, prioritize and drive issues and actions to closure Excellent communications, both verbal and written, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience leading and facilitating meetings Proactive and sensitive to client needs Comfortable presenting to executive sponsors, clients, and all levels of management Flexibility and the willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the team and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and delivery against strict deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microso
