Description Location: This position may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America with significant business travel to and from prospect/client sites and/or the Quantum Health home office in Dublin, OH. About the role: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead our technology division and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, visionary leader passionate about leveraging technology to drive transformation in the healthcare sector. They will be instrumental in evolving our technology, ensuring it continues to integrate complex data sets effectively to enhance healthcare experiences. This role demands strategic acumen in managing relationships with private equity stakeholders and experience in leveraging a multi-faceted labor model to optimize technology delivery. What you'll do Drive the strategic direction of our technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business, financial and client goals. Lead the development and continuous improvement of our core technologies, integrating comprehensive healthcare data to deliver real-time, actionable insights that deliver service, health and financial outcomes. Deploy a variety of relevant labor models to ensure efficient, cost-effective technology development and support operations. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the technology team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Operations to identify and execute on opportunities for technology-driven enhancements to our product offerings and service delivery. Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and innovations, particularly those with the potential to impact the healthcare and call-center business models. Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our technology infrastructure to meet the needs of our rapidly growing member base. Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the technology team, nurturing a pipeline of talent and fostering a high-performing, inclusive work environment. All other duties as assigned What you'll bring Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within the technology sector, preferably in healthcare or related industries. Demonstrated experience working with private equity stakeholders and understanding their unique requirements and perspectives for short and long term business priorities. Experience in multi-faceted development teams that includes on-site, remote, contract and off-shore resources, with a strong grasp of global talent management and operational efficiencies. A track record of leading large-scale technology projects and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Deep understanding of the healthcare industry's complexities, including payer data, eligibility, plan design, benefits, and provider interactions.
