Reports to: Director – Property Management
About The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Property Manager to join our growing Property Management business to work on a number of key instructions alongside our senior team.
CBRE are at the forefront of current themes in Property Management such as ESG, the introduction and development of Technologies – and the building of Communities across our portfolio.
This is an exciting role and offers structured career progression and experience across a global business committed to Property Management. This role will suit someone starting out in Property Management or with some experience and seeking to grow further in the sector with a global real estate brand.
What You’ll Do:
Support our Senior Property Managers on a number of large Client instructions
Liaising with clients and creating reports as necessary
Conducting property inspections on a periodic basis
Management of all stake-holder needs from investor, occupier and buildings
Develop an understanding of service charge budgets, expenditure and management
Co-coordinating and managing of Facilities Management personnel and their tasks
Assist in the collation of ESG related data as part of our ESG policy
Participating within the Property Management Team on strategy, objectives and innovation
Engaging and building relationships within the wider service lines to grow collaboration
Gain valuable on the job training to support your own career growth
What You’ll Need:
A relevant Property Degree/Qualification and hold or be working towards a relevant PSRA License
1-3 year’s experience in residential or commercial property management or a related field
A good knowledge of the Irish Commercial Property Market
Appropriate operational and financial skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
Recognize the strength and opportunity of teamwork and be a strong team player
Be highly organized and structured in your approach to work and managing an active busy workload
A skilled presenter who continually develops the ability to communicate with impact to persuade and influence
Passionate about and generally interested in the real estate sector
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to grow their experience among the team
Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter
Be confident and assertive when dealing with Clients or Colleagues
