Google Payments Consultant, Global Business Solutions, International Growth Team in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Candidates will typically have 3 years of experience in customer-facing sales or consulting roles.

  • Experience in messaging and giving presentations to the technical level of an audience.

  • Experience in international payments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in successfully influencing and working with executives internally and externally.

  • Ability to work in matrix stakeholder structures, or successfully manage complex internal and external relationships.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.

  • Ability to be data-driven with strong problem solving and consultative skills.

  • Outstanding consulting, people management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present to executives.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex scenarios.

  • Develop and lead Global Business Solutions (GBS) for cross-border payments. Understand the challenges companies face in their international expansion.

  • Develop industry knowledge and relationships, both internal and external, to help develop the program in order to better support customer needs.

  • Be an active seller for this service offering, engaging directly with clients to understand their international expansion/optimization needs and identifying how Google can support.

  • Help clients resolve their concerns and blockers in optimizing their international strategy. Work collaboratively with regional consultants on an aligned global strategy and client narrative/offering.

  • Capture learnings, and look to optimize and scale the initiative in 2024 and beyond. Identify and advocate GBS commercial strengths for customers and Google.
