Meta EMEA Regional Sales Manager - Agency. 12 Month Contract in Dublin, Ireland
Summary:
The position will be responsible for developing and managing the EMEA Agency Sales Program to help agencies and their clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Meta – through consultation, education, optimization, and support via vendor partners. Ideal candidates will combine an exceptional ability to drive results, collaborating with internal teams - regional and global - as well as outsourced sales with vendor partners. You will have a passion for delivering value at scale to small business advertisers through rigorous planning and flawless execution, a keen eye for identifying process and workflow opportunities and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales, vendor partnership, cross -functional collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Most importantly, you will bring a passion for helping others achieve results.This position is a 12 month maternity cover role located in either the Dublin or London office.

EMEA Regional Sales Manager - Agency. 12 Month Contract Responsibilities:
Develop regional sales strategy and lead end-to-end execution of global sales programs and outsourced sales via vendor partners
Deliver against quarter targets in sales leads, revenue, and customer satisfaction
Monitor progress against goals and performance manage vendors across EMEA to meet and exceed productivity metrics
Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities
Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment
Identify actionable insights to improve sales results and team strategy
Travel to vendor sites at least twice per quarter

Approx. 8+ years’ experience working with sales, digital advertising and program management
Proven track record of successfully influencing, communicating & collaborating with cross-functional groups both internally and externally to produce meaningful & impactful results
Prior experience working across regional and global partners
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive for making an impact
Knowledge in data concepts and principles to prove ability to think analytically
Demonstrable prioritisation skills that facilitate the most effective & impact-orientated contributions to key strategic business objectives & customer growth
