ENTERTAINER FZ LLC Tax Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Entertainer is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Tax Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in GCC tax regulations, possess strong analytical and leadership skills, and be able to navigate complex financial landscapes . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Tax Compliance:

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all required tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other relevant taxes.

  • Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance with the latest standards.

  • Review day to day transactions and month end reports and schedules ensure tax regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and implement tax strategies for UAE operations to ensure compliance of new UAE corporate tax laws.

  • Preparation of reconciliations to ensure accuracy of tax returns and financial statements.

    Financial Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to incorporate tax implications into financial reporting.

  • Ensure accurate representation of tax-related information in financial statements.

    Strategic Tax Planning:

  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding potential tax risks and opportunities .

    Tax Audit :

  • Manage and coordinate tax audits, working closely with external auditors and regulatory authorities .

  • Resolve any tax-related issues identified during audits in a timely and efficient manner.

    Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to provide guidance on tax implications related to various business activities.

  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams and tax advisors on regular basis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations .

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 4 Years of similar experience, having worked in a tax environment in a large organization, leading regional tax matters.

  • CA, ACCA or CPA qualification.

  • Proven experience as a Tax Manager in the UAE.

  • Strong analytical , organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in relevant tax software and Microsoft Office.
