Overview
The Account Executive is an entry-level position in the Public Relations team who will be expected to support the team in delivering Public Relations campaigns in support of our clients. This role will demand attention to detail, quick throughput on routine tasks, and a curious mind for how the media environment operates. This isn't strictly a client-facing role, but the successful candidate will be able to step in to new client situations with confidence and a mature approach to relationship development.
Technical & Product
Market research, including media stories, titles, and client-related industry knowledge.
Writing press content, media backgrounders, interview Q&A, and others.
Media pitching, selling-in press releases, interviews, and story angles.
Supporting the development and design of public relations plans.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Quick thinking and able to move quickly through a busy task list, prioritizing and executing tasks and deliveries;
Reading broadly with a good understanding of the commercial and media environment.
Familiar with common office tools such as the MS Office Suite;

Qualifications
University degree from a reputable institution. Preference to the Liberal Arts, but no restrictions;
Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of work experience in public relations or a related field;
English fluency required. Arabic or other languages a major benefit.
