In this role, a typical day will look like:
Build the rapport with CPs at all levels through frequent visits, 50% of time , covering all the assigned countries ensuring active involvement on ground in different sales activities, trade seminars, shows, & product demonstrations.
Grow the business through developing CP’s strategy and day to day related tasks for demand generation and implementing CP standard work like credit control, annual targets, scorecards, forecast, funnel management, & marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with Service team to build CPs’ service capability and accelerate implementation with end customers.
Establish direct relations with SIs, Resellers and E&Cs for incremental business.
Identify the market dynamics, each vertical’s 20% that make 80% of the market size, competitors’ landscape & the related SWOT analysis realizing the market intelligence for growth progression.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BA or BS degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Environment Sciences or equivalent experience
5 years channel management experience in multi-national B2B business
3 years’ experience in a water industry sale.
Knowing market and products of Water related industry.
