Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Bid Administrator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Bid Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire bid process, from initial request to final submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all bid-related documents.

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, including gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and submitting proposals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and compile necessary information for bid submissions

  • Analyze bid requirements and ensure all documentation meets specified criteria and deadlines

  • Maintain and update bid databases, tracking systems, and archives for easy retrieval and reference

  • Prepare and format bid documents, including technical specifications, pricing schedules, and supporting materials

  • Conduct quality checks on all bid submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to clarify bid requirements and address queries

  • Generate reports on bid activities, success rates, and other relevant metrics

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in bid management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

  • 2 years of experience in bid administration or related field, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries

  • Proficiency in bid management software and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • In-depth knowledge of bid processes, procedures, and industry standards

  • Understanding of contract law and terms relevant to bid submissions

  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements

  • Certifications in bid management or procurement (preferred)

  • Experience working in the Middle East region (preferred)
