Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Associate Director – Finance Excellence . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
Service Delivery Oversight
- Oversee the delivery of financial services to ensure adherence to established standards and performance metrics. Continuously monitor and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Facilitate coordination between departments to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all financial services. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps and ensure full compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Training and Development
- Design and lead training programs aimed at enhancing the competencies of the service excellence team. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the department.
Service Capacity and Resource Management
- Effectively manage and allocate resources to ensure optimal service capacity. Regularly assess service demands and adjust staffing or support levels accordingly.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including customers, regulators, and auditors. Act as the main point of contact for escalated service issues and ensure they are resolved promptly. Keep stakeholders informed about service performance and ongoing improvements.
Customer Experience & Voice of the Customer (VOC)
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and overall service experience. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify key improvement areas. Establish and manage a VOC program to support ongoing service enhancement and customer-focused decision-making.
About You:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Management (preferred)
7+ years in service excellence or related field
Experience in finance or shared services environment
Proven track record in service delivery management
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives
Background in quality assurance and customer experience management
Proficient in service management tools and software
Knowledge of service delivery methodologies and best practices
Experience with ERP systems
Familiar with data migration tools
