Role will focus on ensuring deadlines and new Customer launches are executed in a timely manner. This entails working cross-functionally with Sales, Master Data, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain Finance. External communication with the Customer will also be a heavy part of the role as questions and issues arise around cost card updates. This is a hybrid role out of our Downers Grove, IL office.
Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Leadership of Pricing Team
{=html} <!-- --> - Identify and develop high performing team members. - Provide training and development opportunities for all team members to grow in their contribution to the team and the company. - Establish standard procedures around SAP cost card automation and customer proposals for turnkey quotes - Provide appropriate review/audit of Customer cost cards - Ensure pricing team is hitting standard pricing updates and new Customer launches

{=html} <!-- --> - Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Strategy to ensure proper execution of annual Customer pricing strategy - Partner with Sales and Procurement on Customer inquiries on material cost adjustments - Communicate with Master Data team on BOM changes and other issues as they arise

{=html} <!-- --> - Responsible for running Price Volume Mix reporting, including commentary on drivers - Review material margins to ensure pricing accuracy or identify potential issues
Required Competencies & Knowledge:
Knowledge of:
- Knowledge and experience with SAP (Bill Of Material understanding preferred)
- Operations in a multi-site/multi-equipment contract manufacturing environment
Skill in:
- Pricing strategy
- Contract administration
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Successfully communicates with customers, vendors, and multiple levels of the organization.
- Must be able to effectively work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Ability to:
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Successfully multi-task across various groups
- Lead, modeling the organization\'s culture and values, providing guidance and direction, influencing, and developing others while maintaining integrity, blending people into teams when needed, and fostering open dialogue.
- Lead and manage others through change.
Proficiency in:
- Cross functional team leadership
- Margin analysis
- SAP and Excel
Work Environment:
- Work is primarily done in an office setting
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting at a work station for extended periods of time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum of 8 years finance experience. Extensive pricing experience required.
The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is \$110,152 - \$165,228/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
