The Role
The AGT Program Management Office is dedicated to driving strategic business growth and organizational excellence through innovative program management and transformation initiatives. Our mission is to support the Chief Revenue Officer's goals and execute high-priority deliverables for the Accelerate & Growth Team. We aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences by leveraging analytics, program management best practices, and cutting-edge technologies.
As the Lead Program Manager, you will oversee and manage the execution of multiple transformation programs within the organization. Your role is to ensure projects are aligned, resources are managed effectively, and benefits are realized, acting as a bridge between strategic goals and project execution. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful implementation of program initiatives.

This position allows for work from home within the United States.
The Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement program strategies in partnership with functional owners that align with organizational objectives, ensuring projects contribute to long-term goals
Program Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs. Ensure programs align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of program and project managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment and manage expectations. Add Steerco meetings Director and VP levels.
Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure program success.
Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks to program success and develop contingency plans as needed. Ensure proactive measures are in place to address challenges.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track program progress, identify areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders. (data, insight, action)
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the program team. Seek opportunities to enhance program outcomes. Implement best practices and drive process enhancements.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Proven ability to manage complex programs and projects with successful outcomes
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze complex situations, and make sound decisions to align program with organizational goals

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
