Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager. This position will be full-time and remote .
Must have experience with Planisware or Planview
What You'll Do
Coordinate and establish priorities and portfolio for the overall organization, aligning with department goals and leadership constraints
Define and maintain organizational standards and best practices.
Provide guidance, metrics, and reporting, with accountability for portfolio tracking and reporting
Develop and support processes for annual and quarterly budget forecast cycles
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders within the team, business, and PMO for demand/supply outlook and variance analysis
Promote common project delivery practices across project managers, aiming for an exemplary project management performance
Apply proactive organizational change management practices to effectively manage the people aspect of change
What You'll Need
Required:
An advanced degree in Business or Management Information Systems
Experience with Planisware or Planview
A minimum of 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience, with at least 5 years as a PMO Manager/Lead, including finance and contract management
Demonstrated success in interacting with Executive Management; outstanding oral and written communication skills
A strong understanding and appreciation of current digital trends in business and technology
Deep experience and knowledge of effective project management techniques, frameworks, and methodologies across agile/hybrid/waterfall operating models
Proven ability to deliver key portfolio outcomes (cost, value, schedule, risks) with financial accuracy
Experience in applying Organizational Change Management practices to foster business readiness and a culture of delivering business outcomes
Agile/Scrum/SAFe Certification.
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
