Cost Estimator - Collect and analyze data to provide cost estimate of architectural design and construction projects. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables utilizing specialized cost-estimating and planning software. Identify factors affecting costs, such as architectural design costs, project length, materials, and labor. Read architectural design blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists. Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations. Require: Master's degree in Building Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture and 6 months of experience in the job offered or as Civil Engineer/Architectural Designer.
