Laboratory Analyst

Het laboratorium voert routine analyses uit voor een 7-tal fabrieken, daarnaast wordt analytische ondersteuning gegeven aan het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten. Als Laboratory Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de analytische ondersteuning ten behoeve van kwaliteitsborging van processen en producten. Je geeft ondersteuning op het laboratorium bij problemen met bestaande analyse methoden en instrumenten, je werkt ook aan verbeteringen van bestaande analyse methoden en implementeert nieuwe. Daarnaast geef je analytische ondersteuning aan productie, engineers en de kwaliteitsafdeling. Het is belangrijk om met de verschillende disciplines te communiceren, duidelijke afspraken te maken en prioriteiten te stellen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Analytische ondersteuning ten behoeve van het laboratorium, productie en de kwaliteitsafdeling

• Trouble shooting analyses/analyse apparatuur

• Innovatief en creatief werken aan verbeteringen van bestaande analyses

• Implementeren van nieuwe analysetechnieken

• Verwerken van meetgegevens volgens chemometrische principes

• Zorgdragen voor het behalen en behouden van de gestelde kwaliteitsdoelen

Kwalificaties

• HLO-diploma analytische chemie

• Kennis van algemene analytische technieken

• Kennis van FTIR, GC(MS), thermische analyse technieken of rheologie is een pre

• Goed ontwikkelde sociaal-organisatorische eigenschappen

• Communicatief (binnen en buiten het laboratorium) en ‘klantgericht’ zijn

• Initiërende persoonlijkheid

• Stress bestendig

• Zowel zelfstandig als in multi-disciplinaire teams kunnen werken

• Relevante werkervaring of stage(s)

• Hands-on mentaliteit

• Goede kennis van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

• Kennis van Word, Excel en andere gangbare software-pakketten
