ConvaTec (Senior) District Sales Manager in Dongcheng District, China

General Field Sales & Account Management work is focused on face-to-face selling and account management activities including:

•Face-to-face sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers

•Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions

•Developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations

•Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers

Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.

Meets area sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography.

建立并维护稳固的客户关系,为产品的规划发展、定价及推广策略提供支持。

Develops strong client relationships over time that provides significant input to planning organization product, price, and service strategies.

充分整合利用公司各部门资源为客户提供增值服务。

Coordinates use of other organization resources to provide value-added services to accounts.

开展销售拜访,瞄准高销售区域以达到最高效率,并与现有和潜在客户开发新的业务机会,监控所负责区域内的市场趋势和竞争对手活动。

Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.

协助下属销售人员在指定区域内拓展新的市场机会。

Support subordinate sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.

适时随同团队中缺少经验的销售代表进行拜访客户并对其予以指导;有需要时能够对所在的销售团队提出实用性建议。

Accompanies junior sales professionals on calls where appropriate, and contributes to training of less experienced sales representatives. Provides technical advice to sales group as needed.

Be responsible for reporting all the adverse events to Regulatory Affairs Department on the day when you become aware of the event.

大客户管理

Key Account Management

与目标医院管理者及设备科人员建立工作关系。

Establishes the relations with the manager and purchase department staff of target hospitals.

保护公司产品免受医院控方影响。

Protects our products from hospital capping.

与政府相关部门以及专家保持良好关系

Maintain good relationship with relevant government departments and experts

探索、了解和跟踪医疗保健环境的变化,并采取必要的行动。

Explore, understand and track changes of Health care environment and make necessary actions.

与相关学会和KOL建立短期/中期/长期战略合作伙伴关系,让他们参与培训新技术、推广新概念和评估和开发新产品。

Build short/medium/long-term strategic partnership with related Society and KOLs to engage them on training new techniques, promoting new concept and evaluating & developing new products.

负责区域科室会的组织召开,推广活动支持,管理所辖区域内的各项业务。

Responsible for organizing and holding of regional department meetings and supporting promotion activities.

根据销售任务达成合理制定预算,并按预算使用费用。

Plan budget in reason according to sales achievement and expend cost according to budget.

合理分配销售资源。

Distribute sales resources in reason.

按照公司的有关财务制度进行报销,严禁弄虚作假及违规核销。

Reimburse expenses according to company finance policy.

严格遵守公司合规的政策并辅导员工严格执行公司的合规政策。

Responsible for organizing and holding of regional department meetings and supporting promotion activities.

一、 相关工作经验Years of relevant work experience

· 8年以上在医疗行业环境中的销售推广经验,有跨国公司工作经验者优先,或在ConvaTec工作3年以上。

8+ years of sales experience in healthcare industry, work experience in multinational companies preferred, or 3+ years experiences at ConvaTec.

二、 学历要求Requirement on educational background

· 本科或以上学历。医学、护理学或其他专业。

Bachelor degree or above. Medicine, Nursing and other relevant majors.

· 与客户建立并维护牢固的业务关系Strong business relationships with customers
