Job Description The Department of Technology, Management and Budget supports the business operations of the state agencies through a variety of services including Information Technology project delivery, maintenance and support. This position is with the Agency Services area of DTMB. We are looking for a person who understands the value of public service and wants to help us meet the needs of our citizens. This Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is the manager of customer services supporting Treasury Application Development Operations Management. This position is accountable to the General Manager and supports the information technologies to meet business needs. The position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day service delivery toward the goal of providing an efficient, effective, and stable IT environment for the client agency users of the systems and processes. This position serves as the single point of accountability for service delivery for all matters related to IT-based technologies utilized by the client agency. This position is challenged with application development and maintenance activities to keep the client agency’s systems operational and reliable, maintaining quick and accurate responses, as well as maintaining a highly competent and technical support staff. The BRM must carry out all division administrative duties in accordance with the agency’s Service Level Agreement and business plans. Additionally, the BRM must provide technical expertise to the General Manager and their agency partner through various communication methods.
