R1 RCM Operations Manager in Detroit, Michigan

As our Service Delivery Excellence Manager will work closely with enterprise operations in scheduling, financial clearance, pre-registration, financial counseling, and customer service. Every day you will provide excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams, including operations, product teams, and customer partners, to drive key initiatives and instill confidence in our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise operations teams to ensure key consumer impacting metrics are being monitored and improved upon.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams and external partners.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve escalations promptly to ensure operational excellence. Identify solutions to mitigate future escalations if trends are consistent.
Initiative Management: Lead key initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and client confidence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, product teams, and customer partners to drive improvements and achieve organizational goals.
Reporting: Develop and present reports on consumer experience performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in service delivery, operations management, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $64,657.00 - $80,821.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
