Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

This role involves working directly with patients, conducting patient visits, and collaborating with research nurses as needed. The candidate will be involved in some aspects of recruitment and inclusion/exclusion criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient visits and work directly with patients.

  • Collaborate with research nurses for patient visits.

  • Support the Data and Regulatory teams with a basic understanding of their functions.

  • Participate in recruitment activities and manage inclusion/exclusion criteria.

  • Support multiple studies within the team without owning or leading any.

  • Manage a patient load distributed evenly within the team, with no more than 10 patients per week.

Required Skills

  • Clinical research experience with at least one year of patient-facing responsibilities.

  • Experience in Oncology highly preferred or another therapeutic area with the ability to work with sick patients, a complex therapeutic area, and a heavy workload.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Experience with Phase 1 clinical trials preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
