Robert Half Graphic Designer in Detroit, Michigan
Description
We are seeking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our client's independent agency based in Detroit, Michigan. This role is fully remote, but local candidates are preferred to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration with our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will engage in a variety of design projects, including print & digital marketing materials, rebranding, social content, event collateral and more!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and design mockups of designs, brochures, iconography and other marketing materials as required.
• Create & work with previous usable templates and creative that adhere to the clients' established brand guidelines. These include but are not limited to flyers, deck presentations, posters, social media/web assets.
• Collaborate with art director and other team members, taking their feedback into account to develop final drafts.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Update existing designs and assets with new designs as needed.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, to create and edit designs.
• Design visual branding materials for social media initiatives and digital designs.
• Create design materials for events, including sell sheets and other informational sheets.
• Develop advertisements and brochures that align with brand awareness strategies.
• Design page layouts for various digital and print media.
Requirements
• Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Graphic Design
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
• Proven ability to design engaging Advertisements for various platforms
• Experience in enhancing Brand Awareness through effective design strategies
• Skilled in creating Brochures and other print materials
• Strong understanding of Design principles and the ability to apply them in a Digital context
• Expertise in Layout and Page Layout Design
• Experience in designing Event Materials and Sell Sheets
• Ability to maintain consistent Visual Branding across all designs
• Proficiency in creating engaging Social Media Graphics & other digital advertising assets
• Experience in implementing Social Media Initiatives
