Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, CPA certification or CFA certification preferred
3+ years of management and administration experience
Experience in end-to-end strategic planning and financial forecasting at large financial services institutions, consulting, or investment banking preferred.
Job Summary
In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the business. We expect you to have:
Extensive expertise in financial modeling, scenario generation and quantitative analysis
Extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
Extensive experience in end-to-end strategic planning
Extensive experience in understanding industry, economic, financial and market trends to forecast the organization's short-, medium- and long-term financial and competitive position
Work with senior leadership to implement the strategic plan for their team. Embody the RKT culture, vision and overall direction within their business area
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to influence senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead teams
Responsibilities
Communicate and embody the culture, vision and overall direction within their business area
Lead, guide and evaluate the work of their team while driving business results
Work with senior leadership to implement the strategic plan for their team
