This company is a Silicon Valley start-up that engages with members of the community to learn how to maintain and improve their health, and outlook on life.
We're looking for enthusiastic Canvassers to talk to the public about this company. As a Canvasser, they will be responsible for approaching people at home (going door to door, not entering the home), and spreading the news of how Healthcare provider partners with their current Health Plan and how the company can help. This is not a sales role, this is more of a Marketing/Relationship building opportunity.
In addition to educating the public about this company could be of a support to them, there are weekly informational meetings that the company has locally. The goal is for the Marketing Brand Specialist to build a relationship well enough with each person they encounter and have them attend one of the informational meetings.
There are different incentives for the Canvassers if they get people to attend the informational meetings.
Customer Service and "sales mentality" (even though this is more marketing and communicating/educating)
Strong communication (Must be able to go through all information on the spot with each resident)
Ability to build relationships
Must be able to show compassion and empathy to connect with the public
