Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

  • Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring timely and cost-effective manufacturing.

  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands.

  • Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards of product quality.

  • Manage and train production staff to achieve performance targets.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute business development strategies.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management and/or business development within the manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and meeting production targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
