Description We are seeking a dedicated Deductions Administrator to join our team in the Paper/Packaging industry. This role is based in DeSoto, Kansas, United States and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Deductions Administrator, your key duties will revolve around managing customer accounts, processing deductions, and ensuring financial operations are carried out with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily cash activities.

• Execute billing functions and manage accounts receivable.

• Proficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

• Maintain and process customer credit applications with precision and timeliness.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage Excel formulas for financial operations.

• Operate Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Ent for financial transactions.

• Utilize CRM and Epic Software for customer relationship management.

• Perform various accounting functions to support financial operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions, with a clear understanding of financial processes and principles.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), demonstrating an ability to manage and track outstanding payments.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions, including creating and sending invoices, and tracking payments.

• Capability to handle Cash Activity, ensuring accurate record-keeping and secure handling of monetary transactions.

• Proficiency in Cash Handling, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Excel Formulas, demonstrating an ability to efficiently manage and manipulate data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets effectively.
