TEKsystems Fuel Management Specialist in Des Plaines, Illinois

Description:

-Handles driver/fleet inquires and problems.

-Have a clear understanding of client specific needs.

-Use call tracking for all calls received.

-Analyze driver phone calls and watch for trends.

-Log all calls for metric purposes.

-Keep average talk time at 2.5 minutes or lower.

-Keep service levels at 80% or higher.

-Calls various oil companies when necessary.

-Handle repetitive tasks in mailing and stuffing of envelopes

-Need to work at a quick pace

-Need to pay attention to detail

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Skills & Qualifications:

-2+ years of customer service/office/retail experience

-Good computer skills

-HS diploma

-Strong communciation skills

-Must be able to work 100% onsite

Soft Skills:

-Comfortable with repetitive tasks

-Strong attention to detail

-Team player

-Good attendance

-Great communication
