SAP Security Principal Specialist Administrator with deep experience for technical aspects with user, role, and table maintenance. This position will be responsible for security administration within SAP including security access and compliance for the organization. In addition, this role will work with the application owners, develop, and support security role administration, create, and maintain standards and procedures, and provide expertise in SAP Security.

* This individual can sit at any US Collins domestic location or remote. *

What YOU will do:

  • You will interface with the business to analyze business processes, workflows, policies, tables, objects, packages, data elements, programs, transactions etc. related to the recommended solution.

  • You will document, maintain, and User and Role administration-related controls and procedures.

  • You will support application security tasks covering aspects of audit, monitoring design, testing, and implementation of SAP roles through projects, incidents, and service requests.

  • You will audit requirements that may impact security and work with business areas and project teams to develop security solutions that address these requirements including documentation and enforcement of the RTX Policies and SOX Framework.

Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

  • Hands on experience in SAP access design (including single and composite roles), data migration, administration, and implementation.

  • Strong understanding of SAP Authorization concept.

  • Technical knowledge and experience of SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including ECC, BW/BI, S/4HANA, BW , GRC, GTS, APO, Solution Manager, S4/HANA, Tableau, BOBj, Portal, PI and SRM and other related SAP applications.

Skills We Value:

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
