Job Description
The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Sovereign Operations product deliver team is focused on the business planning, program management and unique engineering needs to deliver on cloud products tailored to our customers and operators in the public and private domain, both domestic and international. We are seeking a TPM Manager to help deliver value to sovereign clients through cloud solutions that leverage Oracle technologies, as well as designing and implementing toolsets for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional teams to create quality technical and business documentation, as well as experience in operational efficiency and improvement. This role is perfect for candidates seeking to increase their acumen in product development while growing their knowledge of cutting-edge cloud technologies. The candidate will also have prior management experience in hiring, retaining, and coaching talent.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop team of program management professionals responsible for driving strategic initiatives that align with business objectives
Lead or participate in designing and implementing programs that enhance operational performance, add intrinsic value to the global organization, and improve people, processes and systems in the global Sovereign Organization by partnering with cross regional and functional teams
Implement innovative and scalable processes; take part or coordinate definition of methodologies, practices and procedures
Produce and manage program related documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to executive leadership
Analyze data on given processes to produce trends to identify and plan improvement areas
Facilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive towards solutions
Oversee overall program health and actively manage & monitor KPIs
Manage relationship with stakeholders effectively
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies are seamlessly integrated into overall program plans
Manage resource allocation and program initiative & project prioritization with executive leadership
Recruit, retain, and develop strong program managers while embodying OCI values and culture
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management, or Business, or equivalent work experience
6-10 years equivalent work experience in a technology organization focused on software, automation, operations, or similar large scale systems
2-5 years of management experience
Prior experience driving complex cross-functional programs

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
