Job Description

We work closely with medical affairs, market access and supply chain teams to support healthcare providers and systems care for patients and their communities.
The Integrated Account Management Director of Regional Health Care Systems is a field-based position that is responsible for the Northwest Region of the United States.
The Northwest Region includes:
Utah
Washington / Colorado / Alaska
Oregon / Idaho / Montana / Wyoming
Minnesota / South Dakota / North Dakota
Primary Responsibilities and Activities include and may not be limited to:
Manage and oversee region-specific Health Care System Account Management roles
Lead team to facilitate profitable access to our Company’s product portfolio and nurture business relationships with key regional payor accounts and alternative care facilities, including:
Regional health plans
Integrated delivery networks
Hospital systems
Government health organizations
State health departments
Hospital-owned infusion centers
Home infusion centers
Specialty pharmacies
Attract, select, retain, and motivate top talent for the regional team and manage high performance
Provide strategic oversight of regional operations, customer account profiles/plans, and decisions regarding resource allocation
Own overall accountability for access and sales across our entire product portfolio at the regional level
Ensure strict adherence to all organization policies, business practices, and compliance regulations
Drive the successful execution of brand and corporate strategies and facilitate effective implementation
Adapt regional designs to meet market demands while advancing the transformation of Integrated Account Management across the region
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or other health care field, managing complex business activities
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Sales/Account Management, Marketing or Managed Markets within the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum of three (3) years of People Management experience
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience developing and managing customer relationships
Ability to travel 75%
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in business or health administration
Understanding of customers and their environment, and ability to develop/implement strategies and tactics to meet their needs and our company's needs
Ability to make sound business decisions based on deep understanding of business potential
Strategic planning skills and ability to integrate short-, mid-, and long-term objectives
Comprehension of our company's products & therapeutic areas
Understanding of the market environment /ecosystem to promote prioritization of customers and appropriate business drivers
Ability to recruit, select, retain and motivate top talent; manage high performance
Excellent communication skills and teamwork that leads to effective partnership with customers and extended teams
Clearly conveys and articulates a vision and strategy that motivates and energizes the region
Ability to lead organization through effective change management
Ability to make resource decisions and trade-offs to maximize business potential
Reside in the region

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$227,300.00 - $357,900.00
