Aerotek HVAC And Plumbing Apprentice in Des Moines, Iowa
* HVAC AND SHEET METAL OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE *
Des Moines, IA
Pay: $18-$30 Hourly Starting Wage (Weekly Pay)
Monday - Friday / 7am - 5pm / Available OT on Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
Carry out basic plumbing tasks under the guidance of licensed plumbers
Help in troubleshooting plumbing issues and implementing solutions
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work Environment:
This job is performed in both indoor and outdoor working elements.
Work is performed on a large/active construction site with lots of equipment and material being moved around consistently.
Community work environment - multiple construction crews with various locations around site.
Required to wear steel-toed work boots and jeans. Will be provided PPE gear.
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Must have some experience with power tools, hand tools, willing to train anyone with good attitude and work tenure.
