Essential Functions and Primary Duties: Develop excellent professional oral and written communication skills in order to establish working relationships with client personnel Exhibit a professional, business-like demeanor Apply problem solving skills and deliver CBIZ ARC methodology on engagements Build and broaden industry knowledge to support organization and functional initiatives by taking advantage of our training programs and participating in relevant teams Be knowledgeable in the areas of stock-based compensation, basic revenue recognition concepts, goodwill and intangible assets, operating and finance leases and financial statement drafting, cash and investments, fixed assets, accrued expenses and prepaid expenses Exercise professional judgment on engagements by providing proactive solutions and recommendations Provide recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency to clients Demonstrate leadership and provide guidance to other consultants Proactively manage career - set goals and career plans with Managing Directors Senior Consultant Responsibilities include: Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel Understand engagement as it relates to client's business Demonstrate knowledge in some areas of industry or functional specialty Assume responsibility for components of engagements Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring high quality of related products/deliverables for each engagement Deliver services that meet CBIZ ARC standards of excellence Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to client Writing components of various reports/deliverables related to engagements Preferred Qualifications: BA/BBA/BS in Accounting, Finance or business related field required US CPA i a plus MBA/MS/MA degree is a plus CFA, CIA, CISA, or CISSP certification is a plus 3+ years related experience required Knowledge of US GAAP is required Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus Prior public accounting or consulting experience is preferred Prior industry experience is a plus Team leadership skills/experience is a plus Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 3 years of experience in related field Must be able to work in a team environment Presentation skills mandatory Must possess analytical skills Proficient use of applicable technology Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
