The HR Shared Services Operational Excellence Senior Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement, standardization and efficiency across HR Shared Services regions (NA, APAC, EMEA and LATAM). This role focuses on enhancing service delivery, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and improving the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Standardization
Analyze existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement standardized procedures across all regions (NA, EMEA, APAC & LATAM).
Operationalize newly defined processes and/or enhancements by working with HRSS Regional Managers to ensure consistent service delivery across all regions. Responsible to train regional HRSS Teams ( Note : Global Delivery team will be responsible to define new processes).
Develop standardized templates for internal HRSS knowledge management and SOP’s to ensure consistency across HRSS team.
Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy.
Ensure effective utilization of HR systems and tools within the region.
- Service Delivery & Performance Management
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR services.
Establish service level agreements (SLAs)
Ensure adherence to service level agreements and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Utilize KPI’s as one opportunity to identify quality and consistency of HR service delivery across the regions and lead initiatives to enhance them.
- Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure HR processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations as applicable across regions.
Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks associated with HR operations.
Provide guidance on compliance-related matters to regional HR teams.
Statutory reporting to local governments (e.g., PAYE- UK, DSN – France, NIF-Spain, EPF/ESIC in India, Work Visa/Compliance Reports – APAC, RAIS – Brazil, Pension Fund -LATAM)

Implement initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience within HR services by developing a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve service enhancements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee-centric service delivery.
Lead new initiatives and/or special projects as required
Oversee workload distribution, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities within direct reporting team members.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in HR operations or shared services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on process improvement.
Experience in a multi-location or global HR shared services / Operations environment is highly desirable.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.

The Remote base pay range for this position is from $160,800 to $196,600. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
