Position Overview: As a Product Marketing Specialist, Civil 3D at Autodesk, you will be developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Autodesk’s Civil 3D product. You will be responsible for creating compelling product positioning and messaging, conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, developing sales enablement materials, analyzing key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with Product teams to influence product development and ensure market needs are met, and you will also work with the Sales team to develop training materials and support sales efforts with targeted campaigns and collateral. Key Responsibilities (Top 5): What You Will Do:

• Define and communicate the unique value proposition of Civil 3D to target audiences through various marketing channels • Build marketing plans and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and lead generation • Provide the sales team with the tools and information they need to effectively sell the product and create high-quality sales collateral • Develop high-quality marketing content develop and maintain strong product branding that resonates with target audiences • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics and use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies Minimum Qualifications (Top 10): • Demonstrated experience in product marketing, including developing and executing marketing strategies, positioning, and messaging, to drive product awareness and adoption • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and lead generation • Strong experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer insights to inform marketing strategies • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content • Proficiency in creating detailed customer personas to guide targeted marketing efforts and ensure messaging resonates with key audience segments • Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) • Experience in creating sales enablement materials such as product demos, training guides, and competitive analysis reports • Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders at all levels

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $94,500 and $163,020. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
