Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine policies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives. Implement new policies and procedures by coordinating training, communication, and documentation. Collaborate with team members to define and execute strategic initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee development, and HR operations. Collaborate with the management team to align HR and recruiting strategies with the overall company vision. Evaluate the potential impact of long-term initiatives on the organization's financial and operational performance.

Minimum Requirements: Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field Experience: One year of experience in the job offered or in a position involving Human Resources or a related field Skills: HRIS Maintenance; Service Agreement Preparation; Contractor Management; HR Policy Development and Implementation; Facility Management; Employee Relations.
