Modivcare Payroll Specialist III in Denver, Colorado

This position will be responsible for assisting with the review, audit, and processing of payroll for 3000+ multi-state employees utilizing ADP/Workday system. This position reports to the Payroll Manager.
You will...
Execute payroll on a biweekly basis
Prepare time and attendance for processing, adjustments, and
Interpret and set up garnishment orders, child support deductions, etc.
Review all payroll reporting and ensure accurate and timely filing
Ensure accurate processing of new hires, status changes, and tax updates
Complete pre/post payroll audits and reporting, prepare metrics and track errors
Review pay adjustments, refunds, overrides, additional deductions, and garnishments
Troubleshoot technical issues with payroll and time keeping systems
Maintain the payroll inbox and back up for manual check processing
Perform other duties as assigned
We are excited to speak to someone with the following...
Bachelor’s Degree
Payroll Certification (FPC or CPP)
ADP and Workday payroll experience
At least 5 years of experience working in Payroll
Hands-on experience with a payroll processing/HRIS system
Knowledge of the general practices and procedures of payroll administration
Familiar with processing stocks, bonuses, or commission payments
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Comfortable auditing payroll, creating, and running reports
Salary: $60,800 - 82,100
