PepsiCo Organizational Capability Coordinator in Denver, Colorado

Job Description

Overview The Organizational Capability Coordinator is a critical role that requires a strong people focused leader with a passion for training, safety, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating an engaging and innovative new hire orientation while driving a culture of community and inclusiveness. The OC Coordinator also works closely with relevant departments to guarantee that training objectives are met through effective learning and training solutions.

Responsibilities * Lead and facilitate new-hire orientation, classroom training, site tours, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training * Advise site leadership of employee skillset and training needs * Plans and coordinates the new hire orientation schedule, start dates, and communicates with new hires * Deliver constructive feedback while maintaining a positive rapport with team members * Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that objectives are met and desired outcomes are achieved * Maintain training materials, including workbooks, guides, presentations, and other resources to support effective learning and developmen * Champion an environment that supports safe and effective teamwork * Determine floor training strategy in prep for new hires on-the-job-training * Own and update visual management training board including the tracking of the 30, 60, 90 day reviews * Stay current on learning and development trends to incorporate in new hire orientation * Track attendance and vacation time for all hourly employees * Will participate in interviewing for new hourly hires

Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,400 - $78,599 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrated experience in classroom facilitation and application of training * Prior experience working with a diverse and dynamic audience and demonstrated effectiveness in delivering training using multiple methodologies, applications and adult learning styles * Experience as a positive leader of change. Strong change management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Suite * 5+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience * Associates degree or equivalent work experience

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE * Experience with high-speed production lines (e.g., high output, high performance equipment, fast paced production environment, automation, etc.) * Experience reading production schedules * The ability to communicate and comprehend in more than one language through personal exposure and practice * Experience developing people and building teams * Experience with adult learning methodologies
