Performance Denver (1024)
Train, develop and manage new Operations personnel. Using company and locally developed training programs, work with new hires in classroom and field settings to prepare them for a career in Operations. Responsible for tracking individual performance. Implement new training programs as needed. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. Also serves as associate advocate to enhance associate's career experience and quality of work life, as well as boosting retention rate for the Order Selector and Driver positions.
Works with VP Operations, Human Resources to address the current and future workforce needs of the company
Coordinate training and Onboarding process with Warehouse and Transportation departments to ensure new hires are fully prepared for high performance for their respective positions
Provides input into hiring and termination decisions based on performance during the training period. Perform and maintain written performance reviews of all trainees as prescribed in the PFG Operations Training Manual
Plan, schedule and facilitate PFG New Hire Training program
Serve as an associate advocate during the 30/60/90 days of hire to boost job satisfaction, engagement and productivity
Conduct train-the-trainer workshops where applicable to enhance the benchstrength for trainers
Performs other related duties as assigned

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
3 -5 years experience developing and facilitating operations training programs; operations management experience in foodservice distribution or Supply Chain industry.
Must possess excellent communication and coaching skills.
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Operations or related area.
