The Department of Communication in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, University of Colorado Denver, invites candidates to submit their CVs for consideration in the case that an opening for a lecturer becomes available. The downtown campus is located in the heart of the city's commercial, cultural and recreational district. The teaching load for this lecturer position is a maximum of 2 courses per semester.
Salary and Benefits:
The hiring rate (or budgeted rate) for this position has been established at $3,750 (lower division courses), $4,185 (upper division courses), or $4,659 (graduate level courses) for the semester. All Communication courses are 3-credit hours.
The above salary rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting.

Candidates must hold a MA or above in Communication or allied field. If allied field, needs to have 18 Communication credits plus 2 years of teaching experience.
