Volt Workforce Solutions Helpdesk Technician in Denver, Colorado

Volt is immediately hiring for a Helpdesk Technician

As a Helpdesk Technician you will:

Be joining the IT team in a Microsoft-centric infrastructure. The position will involve assisting users and external contractors with setup and troubleshooting of desktop applications and technologies, including desktop computers, laptops, monitors, phones, printers and like office equipment.

Candidate must be experienced and able to work in a fast-moving environment, including triaging and prioritizing issues and incidents, while maintaining strong and professional customer service.

Additional work designated will be primarily determined based on level of experience, areas of interest, and strengths in background and work history.

Responsibilities

Utilizing existing and creating new Internal and external knowledge base documents to assist with ticket resolution

Active Directory Account maintenance

Managing access to internal and external collaboration spaces

PC Lifecycle Management

Conference Room Support

Inventory Receiving, & Tracking

Fulfill software requests

Printer management

Business travel support

Demonstrate and assist with remote access to resources

Support users at remote sites and Everett Lab

Assisting with onboarded as assigned

This is a full time contingent opportunity.

Supporting customers and clients both in person and remotely

Rapid deployment imaging technologies MDT and SCCM

Windows 10 in a domain-managed environment

A general understanding of DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP, and wireless networking, as well as how to troubleshoot them

A general understanding of modern Information Security principles and practices

Experience with a commercial ticketing system JIRA

An understanding of desktop and laptop hardware

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.000 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
