ESS Metron ERP Operations Specialist in Denver, Colorado

Join our IT/Operations Team!
As the ERP Operations Specialist will take ownership of training and technical support for all aspects of the Epicor ERP system, while also developing and documenting processes and procedures for Epicor usage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
• Provide training and technical support for Epicor Kinetic users
• Develop dashboards and reports to support department and business needs
• Work with functions to document processes and procedures
• Troubleshoot Epicor issues and streamline Epicor processes
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment
• Experience building custom reports and dashboards within ERP systems, preferably Epicor Kinetic
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Percentage of completion revenue recognition experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
