Description
Robert Half has partnered with a growing hospitality company in Denver in search of a Director of Accounting! The ideal candidate for the Director of Accounting position would have an active CPA license, strong leadership and construction and franchise experience! The Director of Accounting position is paying $130,000-$180,000!
The Director of Accounting will be responsible for the following:
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
Provide financial insights to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements for the Director of Accounting include:
Active CPA
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
10+ years of accounting experience
4+ years of supervisory experience
Construction experience is
Franchise accounting experience is nice to have, but not required
