Call Center Customer Service Agents

We are seeking two full time professional Call Center Customer Service Agents to work closely with our team members to provide outstanding service to customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems.

The Call Center Customer Service Agent will handle Tier I, Tier II inbound calls and should seek to create a professional experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

To be a successful Call Center Customer Service Agent, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. They should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

Pay starts at $14.65 hr.

21 Paid Holidays, 5 Vacation Days

Celina Inc. provides free parking behind building for employees, and excellent workspace.

Light Rail is a one-half block from the office.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

Answering calls from clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues

Respond promptly, efficiently, accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that callers feel supported and heard

Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed

Education and Experience Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge of relevant basic computer skills

Knowledge of administrative procedures

Numeric, oral, and written language applications
